By registering or using EngineAI Chat, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of EngineAI Chat is subject to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using our service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register
• Only one account is permitted per individual
• Registration information must be accurate and up to date

3. AI Service

EngineAI Chat uses advanced AI models provided through a third-party AI provider. Please note:

• AI responses may not always be accurate or complete
• Do not rely on the AI for critical medical, legal, or financial advice
• Conversation content is sent to our AI provider for processing
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI responses

4. Acceptable Use

You are PROHIBITED from using this service for:

• Illegal activity, fraud, or threatening the safety of others
• Producing content that violates Malaysian law
• Spam, cyber attacks, or system abuse
• Reselling or distributing access without permission
• Attempting to access other users' data

5. Payment & Refunds

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), including applicable taxes
• Payments are processed via BillPlz or PayPal
• Monthly/yearly subscriptions cannot be transferred or shared
• Refund Policy: Refunds are considered within 7 days of purchase if the service is not functioning. Contact us to make a request.
• We reserve the right to cancel accounts that breach these terms without a refund

6. Usage Limits

Each plan has a daily message limit. Usage beyond the limit is blocked until the reset period. No exceptions apply to the free tier limit.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and software code are the property of . You may not copy, distribute, or modify them without written permission.

Content you generate through the AI belongs to you. However, we make no warranties regarding the copyright of AI-generated content.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these terms
• Payment fails or payment fraud occurs
• Usage violates the law

You can delete your own account from the Profile page. Data will be removed within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. We will give 14 days' notice by email for material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
